Training Programs
The USTA ball progression framework is the backbone of the Anay Tennis Academy curriculum — a structured pathway from the very first swing to match-competitive play targeting up to a 5.0 UTR.
The ideal entry point for young beginners and late-start adults. Slower ball speed, shorter courts, and oversized rackets build pure coordination and love for the game.
Building consistency and directional control. Players develop their groundstroke patterns, introduce serve fundamentals, and begin competitive rally exchanges.
Transition to the full 78-ft court. Emphasis shifts to tactical awareness, spin development, and entering first USTA junior competitions.
Full-speed competitive training. For players targeting 3.0–5.0 UTR. Advanced shot construction, game planning, physical conditioning, and match-play simulation.
